Laganside Sinfonia was established in 2012 in Belfast with the aim of promoting local and international young classical musicians at the same time as raising money for worthy causes. In recent years the orchestra has supported the Northern Ireland Children's Hospice, Action on Hearing Loss, the Alzheimer's Society and the Welcome Organisation, raising over £10000! Winter Dances

Our next concert will be on 29th December in the Parish hall behind St Bernard's church on the Antrim Road, Glengormley at 7:30pm. We'll have great music related to dances with Saint Saens' well known Danse Macabre and Rachmaninov's spectacular Symphonic Dances. We'll also be joined by soloist Eva Richards.

Entry is free with a retiring collection profits in aid of Belfast Lough Sailability. Concert will be followed by light refreshments.
